This is serious yoga. Detailed attention is given to to well-sequenced poses. There is no music to serve as distraction; it is pure concentration. Adaptations are made for those with injuries or aging bodies. At the end of each class my body thanks me by moving more freely, feeling more flexible and developing balance and strength.
