Yoga That and Edwin especially are a true breath of fresh air. I have only had limited experience with yoga in my lifetime but once I tried Yoga That I’m hooked. The time, energy, passion, attention to detail, care, love that I receive every time i take a class with Edwin has changed my life. I am going on about 7 months of classes and I have never felt better. Edwin is so knowledgeable and the best yoga teacher I have ever met. I could hardly bend over with chronic lower back pain and now I’m doing headstands and shoulder stands every time I go. When Edwin winds down the class and I am basically asleep after feeling so relaxed I feel like I am on cloud 9. I use this yoga practice not only to relax but to supplement my gym/workout routine and it has improved my overall quality of life. No need to see a shrink or chiropractor just go to a yoga treatment with Edwin.

The teacher, Edwin, has a very unique and technical method of leading his yogis through the class. I have never seen a teacher care so much about their students form and provide everyone in the class with the proper adjustments. Once the class was completed, there was a strong sense of community and connection with the attendees and with Edwin. I felt thoroughly stretched and rejuvenated for the rest of the day. 10/10 would recommend.
