This yoga studio is amazing! All the staff and teachers are super friendly. I have been having a wonderful experience trying out all the different classes. I started with Restore to ease back into yoga after not practicing for over 15 years and I’m surprised how I was able to keep up with it! I also tried their Mobility class which helped me activate parts of my body that had been dormant and forgotten. So far my favorite is Flow & Sculpt - it’s a mix of yoga to start off and HIIT exercises are incorporated as well as cardio. My body is a little sore but that lets me know it’s working! The heat is not extreme with these classes I’ve tried - all under 100 degrees and I’ve lost 4 lbs in just 1 week of practice! I am very pleased!!! Check them out!! You won’t regret it!!

She made me feel very comfortable as a yoga newcomer. Her instructions were clear and I knew exactly what to do. Her enthusiasm and energy were also very motivating. Highly recommended!

Had a much needed slow flow yoga session after an exhausting week. I showed up a few minutes late and the front desk was hospitable and welcoming in walking me through what to expect. Maria did a fantastic job leading the class through a comprehensive routine within the allotted time. Highly recommend!
