I was out with my family and we ran across this place. I must say, I’ve never had anything that tastes so amazing, the donuts were FRESH and the ice cream was rich. I had the Strawberry Shortcake Smash Donut and my dad had the Oreo Smash Donut, both were delicious. Major shout out to Madi for assisting us. She was the sweetest and very helpful. When I noticed the cups weren’t even close to being full, I asked about it, and the girl at the counter said they’re “measured to not fill the cup,” in a dismissive tone. I then asked about the drizzle around the cups that’s clearly shown in the pictures, and that’s when she sarcastically replied, “What? Do you want me to decorate it for you?” before carelessly throwing the donuts on top. Isn’t that the whole point… to serve the product as advertised? The way she spoke to us made us feel uncomfortable and not want to stay to enjoy our treats, we just wanted to leave. Regardless of taste, these shakes are not worth it because of the poor service, lack of care, and false advertising. We left completely disappointed.
