After encountering some issues acclimating to the mountains in prep for TB, this shop quickly took care of my needs getting me back on the road right away. Tune-up, new disc pads, headset and derailleur adjustment, tubeless setup. Good communication. Nice shop. Update: Did a checkout ride today and all aok. Shifting is now a dream almost thought-powered. Thank you for great service.

These guys are great. Dan worked on my bike, swapping out a damaged Shimano Nexus 7-speed internal hub with a new one that I had found online. I just picked the bike up, and it rides great. The shifting on the new hub is so smooth. They definitely know what they're doing and provide great service for a good price. They've got some pretty cool and classic used bikes for sale in the shop too. Definitely worth a visit the next time you need service.

Warning: Bait and switch pricing! Steer clear! + Rude and unprofessional staff. We had the brakes on one of our ebikes upgraded to hydraulic brakes here 2 months ago. I called in to make sure pricing would be the same before taking the bike in. I was told by Brock over the phone that "pricing would be the exact same". When I showed up, they tried to charge me $100 more than the first bike. They tried to blame it on tariffs, price increases etc. They then wanted me to "split the difference with them" and pay $350 opposed to the $300 I was told it would be. The worst part of this was probably the way I was treated. Like I was dumb for thinking the price wouldn't have gone up in 8 weeks even though I literally asked the price 30 minutes earlier? Or that I thought it was insane they wouldn't honor the price they told me? I guess these guys don't understand the concept of a return customer. I'll never go back, never recommend them (obviously I'll now do the opposite) and never speak of them not in a negative way. I live right in the neighborhood. Unfortunate. $50 and a bad attitude today, ended up costing these guys thousands in the long run. Steer clear!
