08.08 I booked a gel manicure with hard gel online and paid $55 upfront to receive confirmation. My appointment was originally scheduled for 6 PM, as I planned to visit after finishing work. However, a few hours later, I received an email notifying me that my appointment was changed to 5 PM—one hour earlier—without any prior notice. They did not call, text, or try to inform me in any other way. I was surprised and disappointed that they made such a change without consulting me. Naturally, I was unable to attend the earlier appointment, and since I booked on the same day, I couldn’t reschedule or cancel. To make matters worse, both of their phone numbers were unreachable, and they did not respond to my emails, SMS, or messages on Instagram. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them for an explanation or at least to request a refund, they completely ignored me. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I have never experienced anything like this before. They clearly need training on how to properly manage appointments and communicate with clients. I do not recommend booking online or visiting this salon. Worst customer service ever.
