I had an amazing experience with the employees at noon 3/8/2025. I accidentally left my bag, phone, and wallet in the store, and thankfully, they found them and kept them safe at the counter. When I returned to pick them up, they were extremely careful in verifying that they belonged to me, asking about the color and details instead of just handing them over. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. It’s rare to find such thoughtful and responsible employees. Thank you so much for your kindness and integrity!

My favorite boba spot! Their fresh fruit drinks are incredible. I highly recommend the coco mango and the creme brûlée muddy milk. Their cakes are made with so much care and the presentation is always so pretty!

Boba drinks from this joint are more on the dessert side. Tried their Thai Me Up and Matcha Tornado with Oreo bits in them, super tasty! These drinks come slightly thicker than traditional milk tea, giving them that shake or smoothie consistency. The Teapuccino however, is on the underwhelming side, not much coffee taste in it and lacks the wow factor like the other two. Their menu also shows some interesting pastries which are mostly sold out already by 7pm.

Glad that Zero& opened here and Great Mall. Missed it when it closed at Stanford shopping. My favorite has always been the Jasmine Blossom with sea salt cheese foam and pine nuts, 5*, 25% sweet. Boba was just right...overall drink, 5*. This time, I also tried the coconut zero with crystal boba...delicious! 5*. I had to ask for the coconut to hold the cup, looks better lol, cuz it says use 1 whole coconut.

High recommended for diabetics and health conscious ppl! One of the only boba place to have zero caloric sweetener offerings to the drinks. Employees are always chill and the shop is always clean! Definitely a fave!
