Really nice venue aesthetically but the lack of air conditioning and parking set it back a bit. Don't get me wrong, the view is wonderful but in the summer trees block a lot of it. The patio faces east with no cover so mid day and mornings will be hot. Evening sun will be blocked. Keep in mind that the road leading here is very narrow so passing can be difficult. Walking in straight through the front gate is easy after hours.

Beautiful and affordable option for an Austin wedding! Few decorations needed as the patio and clubhouse are inherently beautiful with great views. We sat 55 people indoors for our reception very comfortably. It's a rather secluded venue so it feels very intimate with just you and your guests.

This is a jewel in the heart of Austin overlooking the skyline from a wooded landscape. We have had 2 important family events here in the last 8 months and it never fails to be wonderful. It is event space only..you must set up, provide everything and leave it exactly (or better) than you found it...but it has a lovely old Austin vibe-stone building w two fireplaces. Very cool but NO A/C...so be warned...nightime in the summer is key as most of your guests will be dancing on the large outdoor patio. The staff is also wonderful and very helpful.

They truly care about their space, and their clients. That means a lot to us because we feel the same way! Attention to detail, great communication and reliability are so important in the event industry. ZL has it all. Not to mention the beautiful space, and fantastic location close to all.
