Update: Even more issues with the bike. I returned it on 10/8, primarily because I couldn’t return it next day. Also, when they say refundable deposit, confirmed it with the worker returning the bike, then when it didn’t show up…Sophia says they I did not make a deposit. Anyway, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Also, I now have a Lectric Bike, and it is SOO much nicer. And I filed a dispute with my bank at Zoomo. Your “response” is a joke. _____ This afternoon I went to buy a rent-to-own bike. I assume this would be a new bike. NOPE. I got a used bike, even with rust. Sticky handles. Even the bike lock is not new and rusted. Per the worker, that was the newest bike and only came on the month ago. I need a bike, so I took it, but I’m buying the a brand new (probably Aventon) and returning this one as soon as possible.
