Big Shout-Out to Mr. Andrew at Goodwill! 🙌🏽🎓 It was my son’s graduation day, and I was feeling the pressure to get him looking sharp for the big moment. Mr. Andrew went above and beyond to help us find the perfect suit—and let me tell you, my son was the flyest one there! 😎🕴🏽 I just want to say THANK YOU—your kindness, effort, and genuine heart truly made his day unforgettable. If every employee had the same spirit as Mr. Andrew , Goodwill would not only live up to its name, it would redefine it. Goodwill stores are meant to serve the community and uplift those going through hard times. While prices can sometimes be a challenge, it’s people like Mr. Andrew who make miracles happen. 💙🙏🏽 From the bottom of my heart, thank you again

I visited Goodwill located at 19th Avenue and Baseline with the intention of finding a cutting board, which was my primary objective for the day. Upon entering this specific Goodwill, I found it to be satisfactory; however, as I made my way to the back where various items are displayed, I noticed that the shelves were largely empty. This left me puzzled, as I am aware that many people donate a significant amount of items, and I could not understand why the store was not better stocked. While I observed the employees working diligently to hang clothes and organize, I was still left wondering why more items were not available on the racks. I had the chance to converse with Hunter, an employee at Goodwill, who was a kind and approachable individual. He spoke softly as I shared my thoughts about the store, and he somewhat elaborated on his job responsibilities. He was genuinely kind and sincere. As I continued to search, I unfortunately did not find any cutting boards, so I decided to conclude my visit. Nonetheless, I would like to express my gratitude to Goodwill for employing such kind individuals like Hunter.

Not sure why but there’s not a lot of home goods at this store. We have donated clothing, home goods, books, movies, small appliances etc several times over the past ten years. The employees barely speak to you or say thank you when dropping off, but I imagine that’s on management for not communicating that it’s the polite thing to do.

Every single time I go to this goodwill, there are ZERO shopping carts available. Makes for an unpleasant shopping experience.
