Was not happy here took my grandson he had hundreds of dollars in sneakers they chumped him off for 3 pair he got a whole $60!! They should've be ashamed!! I know you want to make money but at least be fair!! They make you wait all day or travel back to the store before they close to get the few dollars they give for your items. Go to the store look at the prices and condition bet they didn't give the customer no where near what the price tag says!! They have a big selection of vintage and unique items priced like they're new!! Some of the items clearly used but the price tag doesn't reflect that!! A varsity jacket nothing special $795!! Come on people .. I won't be back here again ..

Just writing this review because I had a very good experience today. If you go in the store ask for the manager Dae. Her attitude and kindness spoke volumes. Not only did she help me find a last minute outfit she helped my daughter find shoes and a Gucci bag she loved. Not many young people value custom service but dae went above and beyond. 2nd street gained a customer for life.

Horrendous customer service for selling clothes. If you go, please ask them to do the work twice. First time I went they didn’t authenticate it and offered 24$ for 3 items. I waited an additional 2 hours and got 75$. I went today and they offered me 1.4$ for 2 items. They didn’t accept 12 items. I asked them to double check. They offered me 35$ which was reasonable. They don’t want your clothes!!!

My first and last time here!! The directions to get there sucked had me going in circles, passed the place, and everything. It was tucked off the street not easily seen. Then finally got to the place had to park elsewhere and walk to them their parking lot fills up fast to find out that you have to wait on them when selling your stuff. If you leave it you have to be back by 7. You can't come the next day to pickup your money you get it the same day after waiting for 2 to 3 hours!! My grandson brought in 6 pairs of Nikes' and they brought 3 pair for a whole $60!! Why so low of an amount the shoes were in good condition?? Looking at the prices of things they definitely didn't give him nothing $20 per pair betcha they sell them for way more than the $60 they gave him for 3 pairs of Nike!! I wouldn't have taken him for such a low amount. They should have something in place where the people beforehand know about how much what they have to sell is worth. I didn't appreciate being around there for 3 plus hours for them to chump off my grandson with $60 measly dollars couldn't get gas money or nothing for my time!! They should've bought all 6 pairs if that's all they were paying!! The lady acted like they had a small budget or something that little bit of money. I didn't see anything in there worth what they were asking the prices are high as hell and I bet they didn't pay the people no where near what they reselling the stuff for. The prices are not fair some of the stuff is clearly overly used and they still want top dollar for it!! The stuff is used people but ya'll still trying to get all your money for it. Like the goodwill they're stuff is donated and they pricing it like it is brand new!! I know they're in business to make money but at least be fair!!!
