I was very optimistic about this place but I'm once again disappointed. I visited another location and was hoping the absolute state of disorganization was unique to only one store, but sadly it seems to be consistent with the brand. No article of clothing is sorted in any reasonable fashion. Nothing is by size, and barely by style. If you want to look for an item (like pants in your size) in this store, you are going to have to look through almost the entire store. Pants are in multiple arbitrary sections. Dresses are in multiple sections. Jackets are in multiple sections. They are supposedly organized by style, but the staff haven't even done that well. Goth clothes are in the grunge section. High fashion runway brands are in the streetwear section. Then there are extremely vague categories like "youth casual", that could literally be half of the store. When I asked one of the staff members why the store was organized this way, they said it was a Japanese company which had specific style guidelines. They showed me their badge with a guide on it. But the guide recommended sorting the store by colors of the rainbow. Only the t-shirts are done this way. Everything else is a mix of patterns, colors, and sizes. Because of this store's organizational choice, it is almost impossible to shop unless you have enough time or patience to go through the entire store. The effort might be worth it prices were affordable. But many of the prices are kind of high. There's also a fitting room limit of five items which adds insult to injury. There is a reason 90% of clothing stores sort by by category of item and then size. It works and leads to more sales. The only benefit of the store is that it's clean And if you want luxury handbags, they are authenticated.

Don't sell your clothes here. You'll get an unfair price for the clothes you're selling, triple what they're offering. When I went, they wanted to buy my Merrel boots, my Jordan Nike Adidas shorts and sweatshirts, my North Face and Tommy Hilfiger jackets, and they only wanted to give me $14. I didn't accept it because it seemed like a rip-off. Plus, the wait for the estimate is too long.

I was there with my son looking through clothing items, and then a loud lady came in. She stares me down on one end of the aisle, then proceeds to go around to the other end of the aisle to stare me down some more. She then asked me to remove my prescription sunglasses off and put them back on. Left right away. Rude and unwelcoming experience. Drove 3 plus hours to come check them out. Whack! Go to Vintage Antique down a couple of stores instead. Much better service and unique items. Bought a jacket for myself and a bag for my son.

Bruh they offered me $130 total for two pairs of Maison Margiela Replica GAT sneakers. Can’t emphasize how much of a lowball that is. Each shoe is priced $750 retail. Considering the condition of the used shoes, they’re worth at least $600 combined. Buying experience was a rip off as well too. They’re charging $50+ for faded stussy tees when you can buy a stussy tee brand new for $45. Inventory is meh and the staff seem like they don’t want to do their job. The security guy is cool though.
