I had been going to 3 in 1 for years. I hadn't visited because of my limited schedule. I'm sad to say I didn't receive the service I'm accustomed to. The technician didn't ask what length I wanted my nails, she just cut them and they were too short. I asked for a square shape, they are all on an angle. That couldn't be repaired because she had filed my nail down to the nail bed. She was also heavy on cutting my cuticles. I told her she was hurting me and she did get lighter, but there are spots that are still tender. She didn't clean up the polish off my hands when she was done. Finally, there was no transparency with different polishes having different price points. If I was told that I would have selected my trusty O.P.I. There were other issues I had with my services, but they shadown in comparison to the finished job.

I'm giving this salon 5 stars 🌟 because Icy my highly skilled nail technician took her time to make sure I received a beautiful new set of dipped powder nails that EXCEEDED my expectations! I'm someone who stays loyal to one person when they are extremely conscientious and Icy is a true artist who not only cared deeply for the health of my nails but took her time to soak my nails individually with acetone and a cotton ball and wrap around each individual nail 💅 because she wanted to make sure the skin around my nail was not overdried by just removing the dip powder in a bowl of acetone like my other nail technician was doing these past few months. In fact she is BETTER and created a much more beautiful chrome powder application 😍 than a private salon owner I've been seeing for two full years. She shaped each of my nails 💅 carefully into a perfect almond and stiletto shape and then buffed each nail before applying the chrome powder to make sure each nail would be a high shine mirror chrome finish. They have a large and beautiful extensive selection of OPI brand dip powder for you to choose from and now there is a high selection of gorgeous chrome powders too! I chose pink, lime green and pure silver mirror chrome and Icy made sure to apply enough of the dip powder and chrome powder to all my nails to avoid chipping and breakage. Icy also noticed my pinky nail was compromised and very weak because I had an accident two weeks ago with my dog pulling me. She used some silk and glue to help repair my nail before applying the dip powder. She also suggested that moving forward I should give my nails a health break and stop using any products altogether after the summer is over just to give my nails an opportunity to "breathe" and self heal and I absolutely agree with her advice. I highly recommend Icy if you love wearing your nails long. She proved that she is a true artist speaking of which I will definitely schedule an appointment with her in the future for nail art too. This salon is immaculately clean and I'm extremely grateful that they had the time to take me in as a walk in client yesterday afternoon 🙌

If the option was no stars, I would do Have given That save your time and money and go somewhere else. 4 days in to my nochip , all of my nails have completely peeled off. Not to mention, I had to go back in the same day to fix my pedicure.That was bubbling up It's smeared and instead of wiping it completely off the technician. Just repented over causing the bubbling.

The technicians here do an amazing job. My gel pedis last forever and look great. The attention to detail is the best here. I’ve had my nails done other places where they aren’t as clean and the nails just don’t come out perfect like they do here, so I’m a faithful customer.
