Glenwood Park location- I purchased a bottle of wine from 3 Parks that myself and a friend sat outside to enjoy. As my friend took a sip, a piece of the wine glass provided by 3 Parks broke off into his mouth. . Shortly after, I asked an employee if we could get a “complementary” pour of the wine we were consuming since they tossed a full freshly poured glass. I was told No, because they would have to open a new bottle. I went on to explain that it was not our fault that the glass broke off into my friend’s mouth and that the employees made the decision to toss the glass of wine. I purchased the entire bottle and I thought it only fair that I get compensated for the loss. It’s good customer service and a fair choice considering the situation. Instead, I was met with an attitude and no real resolution. Luckily my friend was not injured. However, as a regular customer, I am Very disappointed at the poor customer service experienced and I’m very reluctant to continue patronizing the business.

Long overdue review! I stopped by this lovely wine shop about a month ago, and I was blown away by the beautiful interior and the incredible selection. I was greeted by a staff member named Krissy who was just amazing. She gave me a personal tour of the wines, walking me around the shop and helping me choose a flight. I ended up buying a bottle she recommended, and I just hung out outside for a long time, enjoying the atmosphere. Krissy was incredibly attentive, and I even found out she’s from New Jersey, which definitely made the experience feel more personal. I don’t want to get into details, but I was really having a bad day, and meeting Krissy and feeling at home there was just what I needed. Thank you for making it better! I highly recommend this shop and the wonderful team at 3 Parks!

Wednesday wine tasting is a fun break in the week. Love the wine club. I have been part of the Rose' club for two years. A great way to find new wines you must have on hand. Have been to two private parties here. They know just how to treat everyone. If you need a place to host a small event, this is it. They know their wine. Tell them what you like or what you are looking for and they will guide you to the perfect wine.
