These guys are the best!!! Went there to pick up the things we ordered online. I was so frazzled because I could not find parking whatsoever. I called and they had me park real quick right in front of the shop and they brought the things out to me! What a stress reliever. My son loves this place and I do, too!!!

Sweet shop in Boulder! Jason who was at the counter assisted me in picking out some shirts for my son and his bestie. We live in Chicago so it’s fun to visit and support local shops in different areas. I am the mom of a skater and as a middle age woman who appreciates the art and the sport I basically know nothing. My son tells me how nice the skate community is 303 did not disappoint. Really great vibe cool music lots of cool stuff.— and Jason was so helpful and fun. He is a hometown Chicago skater too!

I wanted to love this place, and their selection looked great, but my customer service experience was pretty lacking. I gave myself a few months before doing a write-up, because I wanted to be fair, but I really can't recommend this shop based on my one (and probably only) experience. I certainly won't be driving back up to Boulder expressly to support a local shop where the manager basically ignored me, the only customer in the small store, and seemingly used the opportunity to train an inexperienced employee. I came in hoping to customize the bearings and wheels I was putting on a freeride setup, but the employee struggled to get the hanger off my trucks to swap out the bushings (something I could have easily done myself without having to watch him wrench at the parts) and didn't even realize that he was recommending plug bushings on a truck that can't accept them. I was trying to get the more experienced guy to chat with me, but he just talked to his employee, saying something along the lines of "why don't you give him bushings that actually fit on his trucks?". So rather than getting to customize my board and get feedback from a knowledgeable local dealer, I was instead used as a training opportunity and came away with just a few bits and pieces of hardware that I already knew I wanted. Oh well. There are good skate shops in Denver.
