This park has great potential. Don’t be alarmed by the private property signs. I called seattle public maintenance and the coordinator for the shoreline street end program. This is a public bench area with water access. Unfortunately currently it is under construction as much of the shoreline was washed away making it unsafe. Seattle utilities and maintenance are working to resolve this issue. Looking forward to this small slice of paradise being opened again.

I get the sense the neighbors don't want the public there. e.g. So many no trespassing signs in places they don't need to be, etc. Hopefully they will accept it one day. But it is truly a street end - water access location. Go see!
Dylan
Excellent street end park, with water access, no beach just some rocks, and a nice bench with great views of Mercer Island and the south end of Seward Park. The homeowners next to the park are the ones who have left bad reviews.
Shawn Dackonish
There is a bench but nothing much else. Water access is super limited and bad. Large dead tree in the small rocky water area. Only worth a need to water access.
Dan Murphy
No access to the water.
