I got a taco al pastor the other day. It was freshly prepared and lovely. Nicely prepared tortillas, the meat was pretty good. This is a good option for a $3 taco in Boulder.

This food truck deserves more stars. Just because some think the burrito is too small doesn't mean it should have a low rating. The quality of the meat is so fresh and delicious! It is the most flavorful taco truck in Boulder. I've been to all of them and this is my #1 pick. It's a must have for tacos in Boulder

I really want to like this place - the people in the truck are super friendly and food is prepared quick. However, the size of the burritos is a bit of a let down (coke can for comparison). Ingredients are fresh and delicious, but I could easily eat two or three as they are more taco sized than proper burrito sized. I wish they would just add more filling to their burritos which would easily add a star to the rating, but for the burritos currently, unfortunately I cannot give more than three stars :/

Their lunch burritos look like small breakfast burritos. It wasn't the worst I've had in Boulder, but it wasn't the best either. It was good enough that I finished the burrito, but average enough that I don't really care to go back.

This place and the food rocks! The owner is a great and fun guy to talk to while you pick up some fresh food and ingredients. I suggest you purchase the beef or chicken fajitas or the El Pastore with some extra peppers and onions. Then add some Horchata mix. Then head home and cook a tasty dinner! And make some horchata or even better some rum Chatta!
