Wow. Kenneth is Gold. I walked in and described my issue and just by looking at it he diagnosed it in seconds. I knew he knew his stuff by how fast he was and how he popped the back tire off effortlessly. He looked up the price of a new tire and put a little on for repair and told me it should get in About a week and be ready. He called me the next day with it was ready. I asked him to show me the old tire and he put it on the balancer and indeed it’s quite wobbly and I needed a new one. I felt assured. He even gave me bicycle education I have been looking for And told me whatever I needed, I could call him. He has nice Bikes for purchase, I believe I’ll see what he has when I’m ready to buy my next, but I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the service I received from Kenneth. I highly recommend this place. Free easy parking, affordable and answer the phone every day.

First, I bought a bike from an out-of-town store and brought it to Kenny to build. Clutch is within a mile from my home, and so I was really grateful to do business with a neighborhood shop. Second, Kenny immediately made me feel like a friend when I started working with him. His manner is not just friendly but familiar in a kind and caring way. Even though I just met him, he made me feel like we had known each other for much longer. I really appreciated that. Third, he answered my questions (even the dumb ones) with kindness and authenticity, without making feel like I was asking dumb questions. You can tell he really wants people to enjoy biking. Fourth, not only is he very affordable for the work he does, but he is very communicative and works to make sure you can make good decisions about the problems your bike might be having. For instance, the bike I bought was delivered with a damaged part. He called me as soon as he became aware of this, and offered me a very reasonable solution that kept the work moving and helped him complete the build quickly. He even went so far as to talk with the bike shop that sold me the bike to ensure his solution was the best one! That is above and beyond in my book. Nobody wants bike troubles, but if you do have them, or need help with other bike related issues like if you're looking to get a tune up or even buy one, Clutch Bike Shop is the place to go. I know I will be going there from now on!

We used this place for rentals to cycle the BeltLine whilst here on vacation. The bikes were in superb condition and were thoroughly checked over and adjusted before we cycled out. Staff were friendly and gave great local advice and directions. The south and western sections of the BeltLine are accessed across the street from the shop, so this is a great option if you are a visitor or tourist. The selection of bikes and kit looked decent as well if you are looking to buy and whilst we were returning our bikes, the staff member there did a swift repair for someone who came in with their kids’ bike wheel. Great shop that we would use again if in the area and would also recommend.
