The staff sized me for the Megawatt Titanium custom built frame and let me pick from the best accessories as well as custom anodized graphics on the frame. The megawatt is a fast bike that keeps me right on my lines as well as rolls right over roots and rocks. After researching popular bikes and bike shops, Atlanta Cycling seemed to be a great place to start. They carry new and used bikes, and used was the right move for this newbie. I needed to be certain of my seriousness about this new adventure before committing $1000+ bucks. 😎 I was immediately greeted when I walked in. The service was top notch and based on the description of my needs, the rep quickly highlighted the appropriate bikes. There’s a good selection of bikes, the shop was orderly, and there’s enough space to ride a little. I did not intend to buy a bike on the spot; but it was the brand I wanted, gently used, and the price was just right. It was a very nice buying experience.

This review is specific to the service department. My initial buying experience at AC-A was very positive. The salesperson was helpful in taking me on a test ride and answering all my questions. I bought a Trek Allant+7s e-bike. I've had to bring it in for service three times and each time the service rep has given me an eta of a couple of days, and in each case it takes at least two weeks. They said they would call or text when the bike was ready, and in each case I've had to call to find out the bike was ready. The service department needs some training on setting and managing customer expectations, as well as following up on letting the customer know when the repairs are finished, especially after keeping the bike way past the initial estimated finish date.
