We will begin by stating I order shoe's on line so I approached the online pick up counter to pickup item when the associate whom was a girl directed me to the counter across from her to wait for another associate for pickup. A young man arrived after about 5 minutes to help me while all that time she stayed behind the first counter not helping anyone all the time I waited. Do he asked for my copy of the order so I gave it to him so he walked to the counter with the girl at the first counter and retrieved the item that was about 3 feet behind her do I asked him what the difference was between the counters and his reply was no difference so I mentioned to him that the store was lucky to have a model for their company because most companies have to pay top dollars to hire their models to stand there and look pretty!

Terrible customer service. We asked a man behind the counter If he could get someone to unlock the fitting room. He did not even acknowledge us. He got on his walkie and called. Five minutes later someone showed up and we said hello. She did not respond. She unlocked the fitting room. Upon checking out the cashier with rosary around her neck, continued on with her personal conversation with her coworker about “her man”. She did not say hello back to us. She did not make eye contact with us. A few days later, we came back to the same academy to make a return. The woman with the rosary was still gossiping with her coworker and cursing. The younger girl with long nails who did our return laughed because she forgot to remove a sensor and the family she had just finished ringing up set off the alarm. The security guard then snatched their bags out of their hands and searched through them. He was really rude about it.
