I love going here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the plant selection is fantastic. Vega is especially knowledgeable. He helped me pick out perfect planters for too large plants (that were gifts), and of course I picked up a few other plants while there :)

WARNING — Strict NO Refund, NO Returns, NO Exchanges Policy on Live Plants I visited this place on a Saturday and was initially very impressed. They have a fantastic selection of plants—everything from annuals and perennials to indoor plants and vegetables. Basically, anything you could want for your garden or home. While I was a bit unsure about what to purchase, a very kind lady helped me out. I mentioned my concern about possibly buying too many plants, and she reassured me that if something didn’t work out, I could return them. That gave me the confidence to go ahead with a larger purchase. However, when I called on Tuesday (they’re closed on Mondays) to inquire about a return, I was told by a gentleman that there is no return policy on live plants. I explained the situation and what I had been told in-store. He then oddly asked me how old the woman was who helped me, and when I gave my best guess, he told me there was no one there fitting that description. I tried to make it clear that I only made such a large purchase because I believed returns were an option. Unfortunately, he was completely unwilling to make any exception or offer a solution. As great as their selection is, I won’t be returning—and I won’t be recommending them to others either. At least the orange and blue big box stores accept returns. The inconsistency in information and lack of customer service are disappointing and infuriating. I’m now out $$$. Thanks?

Better selection and pricing of houseplants than Home Depot, Lowes or strictly plant stores. I saw healthy plants with most having care signs. There were at least 4 plant savvy employees to help customers. I bought a staghorn fern and I will be back for more plants!
