The food we received ranged from great to okay. The soup and cauliflower were quite tasty, but I thought my pasta could have been brighter and the fish was a bit tough. Went here for my husband’s birthday and had a lovely time. The service really stood out, and they even went so far as to craft a custom cocktail based on our preferences (and shared the recipe when we said how much we enjoyed it). The food was fantastic - flavorful, good portions, and vegetarian friendly. We had the cauliflower starter, fried chicken, and the vegetarian plate. Glad we stopped in - delicious seafood. Just got back from a cruise and wanted a nice dinner out. We made reservations. Recommended. We dressed casual because we just walked off the ship but feel free to dress business casual. The atmosphere was relaxing. Amazing service, great view and delicious meals. I reserved a spot for 4:30 for my wife and I. It was her birthday and they had a birthday card and flower petals set up on up the table to suprise her. We had an amazing view of the Puget sound. The execuative chef, Douglas, came to our table and gave us a review of the menu and some of his recommendations. Our server Kyle was great. Friendly, had recommendations and was very attentive. The wine/ drink selection was extensive. Not included in the photos was our starters of the tomato salad and bread and orange butter. Our meal really highlighted Aerlumes commitment to local, fresh, and sesonal ingredients. Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant for a special event or date night.

Fabulous restaurant overlooking the sound! Walked in on a weeknight and was immediately wowed by the views and ambience. We were promptly seated and ordered appetizers - peruvian steak bites, crispy cauliflower, grilled spanish octopus, marinated beets. For the main course we ordered - Wild Alaskan Black Cod, Scallops & Halibut. For desserts we got their chocolate crunch bar, coffee cheesecake & carrot cake. Everything we ordered was fantastic. The flavors were on point, seafood was fresh, tasty well seasoned and I dont think there was any dish we ordered that wasnt that great. Their cocktails are beyond amazing! We had their version of a fusion Manhattan, Deep Blue, Salsa Night, Lemon Drop and espresso martini and everything tasted divine. Service was top notch. All in all loved my experience dining at Aerlume and highly recommend this spot for date nights with a view.
