The location is really nice and it’s a cute theater for a date night! However, the service was lacking. Called the sever via the electronic bottom on the table. Five minutes ten minutes then fifteen minutes finally he come that time the movie 25 minutes in. I already am like ehhhh. Finally get my banana pudding but there was no IPA I ordered. Another 10 minutes bartender comes in says sorry there is no Brooklyn IPA. Like you could or the server could have checked. So I just ate my pudding which was good but no drink. I will try the other Alamo downtown Brooklyn this upcoming Sunday. It was a solid 6.6 for this location.

Love this theater. Staff is super friendly. And the seating is perfect. I love that the audience actually respects your experience. Something I wish other theaters did, kick you out if you’re being loud in your phone etc. the popcorn and the food is always so good! I can’t wait to see another movie here

This is my second time at this movie theater and it’s been great both times! The theaters are smaller than the ones at AMC/Regal. The best part is being able to order food/drinks at your seat throughout the entire movie. If people walking by bothers you, probably not the best theater to watch a movie. I also recommend sitting one row behind the first row since it is quite close to the monitor if you’re sitting in the first row. Also, they don’t take Apple Pay so make sure you have a card or cash with you to pay for the food/drinks.

Went for the first time this afternoon with a friend it was nice experience. The interior and all is cool with the 80s type VHS movie rental vibes. Now on to the actual theater the seats are comfortable as they're recliner seating. The issue is it isn't really plus size friendly. You can try to squeeze in to the seat if you turn sideways. Trying to stand up is a big issue. It's very hard to try to fit through the tables that don't turn. Therefore you don't have much space to get up and out the seat. It'll take some time trying to squeeze through the tight space. I'm 5'2 200+ lbs and my guy friend is 6'4 300+ we had trouble getting up he had it the worst. I did however see a video on tiktok showing another plus size female going a few days. And she suggest requesting to seat in handicap seating due to this issue. The food was pretty good we tried fried chicken and orange type sauce,churro flavored popcorn, and mozzarella sticks. My only issue with the food is that the food took awhile to come out. Others kept getting served faster. We would of thought we get at least the popcorn fast(with our drinks) not 15 minutes later when it's easier to make then the actual meals.
