I hosted my best friend/future sister in law a bridal shower at this location with 18 of her friends. The staff was beyond accommodating. This beautiful spa environment was perfect. We brought our own catered food, drinks, and decorations. The spa provided us with complementary champagne and decorated their spa with gorgeous fresh flowers to complement our decor. They put their own balloons for us in front of the spa so that our guests could find the event. They also put their own bridal party sashes and flowers on each of their salon chairs for us and helped us bring decorations inside. We weren’t rushed into our appointments and the staff members were flexible with us so that we could talk and lounge on the sofas while we enjoyed our food and conversation. They had music playing for us in the background the entire time. They cared just as much about our event as we did. If I could give 10 stars I would.

You get 1 chance to make a first impression. This place wasn't great. My nails have been chipping ever since i got them painted. Day 1 now its 7 days and they're a wreck. I cant deal. I dont want to go back after I have my nails painted. If I need to Im done with the salon. And sorry to say Alibi Im done.

I was surprised to walk into this salon and see how cute it was! I scheduled a spray tan with Shirley Pear (which was bad, but that's not the salon's fault). The receptionist greeted me very warmly and offered me a drink, yummy mimosa. I had my nails done elsewhere, but they had already chipped, even though I had them done that day. I told the receptionist and asked if someone could fix it. She fixed me an appointment for after my spray tan and charged me $5! I was very happy with the service and loved the way my nails turned out. Zoe did a very quick job, and she used this fancy liquid to help the two nails dry better. Oh, and when I finished the tan, they offered me another mimosa. Honestly, heaven. I'd travel the 35 minutes here again any day

Jorge was the best technician I’ve ever had in 30 years across almost 50 states. !!! My nails have never looked so good!!! Like a celebrity .The salon/ manager was professional and Covid 19 responsible and sanitized well! The pedicure technician used a sanding machine that I have never seen before that made my feet feel and look incredible!!! Money well spent, now I have to figure out how I can fly here from the Baltimore/DC area regularly to get that celebrity look on a regular !

Came here on my way back from my honeymoon before going to the airport. The owner was at the front desk and didn't even know the prices on how much it was so get a soak off from gels. The nail tech didn't speak one word of English. She soaked my nails for 5mins and then began using the highest powered drill on my nails I have ever seen. She drilled through my real nail on my right thumb and I was bleeding. It's been 2 months and my nails are getting worse and totally lost the top layers. I've never had a worse experience. After I got JUST a soak off she had the nerve to try to charge me for a full manicure and soak off. I kid you not my nails looked the same or worse than the pictures when I walked out of there. It will take months to get my real nails back in normal condition. They should be shut down.
