This nail shop is the best out there. There so welcoming when u first walk in and there work is absolutely amazing. It smells clean and looks clean when you first walk in they always have the best music playing even sometimes movies. Xena is probably the best nail tech out there. She always gives me what I ask for. I can sit there and talk to her for hours about honestly anything while she does my nails which I love she’s genuinely so sweet and her work is Amazing my nails always come out great and last long. I 100% recommend this nail salon!!

I have been getting my nails done by Xena for over a year and a half and going to Allora for approx. two years for all my manicure and pedicure needs. She is by far my favorite and most talented nail tech I’ve ever had. I no longer live right down the street and I still make the drive to see her every few weeks. My nails always look GREAT and last so long! I never have to worry about wear and tear. Bonus she is so fast and I never have to sit in the chair for hours, even with the more complex designs. I always get so many compliments after a nail appointment with Xena. She is extremely talented and I highly recommend to everyone! I recommend Allora in general as they are all very talented, professional and friendly. Definitely worthy of five stars. Attached are only a handful of the incredible nail designs I’ve gotten. I can’t wait to continue to see what designs we come up with!

I’m not the type to leave reviews or ever dispute charges but this experience was completely outrageous. I came in expecting to pay $50 for a full set and $45 for a gel pedicure, as I was quoted, but ended up being charged $104 with no real explanation. The only person who treated me with respect was the young man who did my pedicure he was professional and kind. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were incredibly rude. I was looked up and down the moment I walked in, and treated with clear attitude throughout my visit.The woman who did my nails rushed through the set, changed the price from $50 to $65 for a basic one color set, and two of my nails ended up crooked. When I pointed it out while the work was still being done, she just said it would be "fixed with the file." I paid for gel, but the polish looks messy and nothing like what I asked for.No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or ignored, especially when calmly pointing out issues during the service. I just moved to this side of town and was really hoping to find a good, reliable salon but this was not it. I won’t be back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place. I’ll also be contacting my bank to dispute the charge due to the poor service and misleading pricing.

This is my second time at this nail shop and they are excellent. They have great customer service. I love them. I recommend everyone to come check them out. I asked for natural nails and she gave me exactly what I wanted. They’re not too big. They’re not puffy. They’re just right they take their time and get you right. their pedicure is to die for they do a great job
