We came here a few months ago from out of town and were so pleased with the service, we made sure to come back again when we traveled to Phoenix again. My older daughter loved getting her nails done art done by Sean, he was super patient and helpful with her while picking out her colors and designs. Lisa is the best nail tech I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing! I’ve heard stories of professionals who can take one look at your hand and know what nude or pink is best, but Lisa takes the cake. My boyfriend surprised me with nails so I needed to find a new place and settled on Element based off of other positive Google reviews. I was nervous about the price but I simply cannot recommend this place enough! We had a full set with a design and French tip, two deluxe pedicures and a manicure which came out to roughly $230 (which was not bad at all for the work and service!) Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I don’t get my nails done often so I was a little unsure of colors, shapes, design, etc. but the wonderful staff were all so patient and took the time to explain everything to me. Kenny specifically was SUCH a joy. He made sure my design was exactly what I wanted, talked me through shape and redid the design until he was happy with it and it was perfect. He said he’s been doing nails for 20+ years and it’s apparent with his work (he was precise, quick and they are stunning). The front desk staff was lovely and made me feel so welcome. Element was clean, inviting, nice and has quickly become my favorite salon in the valley
