Great coffee shop. The staff was really friendly and it was really fast. The coffee was good. They have a bunch of tables, that are all separated. It was quite and not a lot of people. There are four bathrooms on site and they are nice and clean.

I used to love going here, but I’m not sure what happened to the customer service. The two girls working were so rude and ignored me and my friend while trying to order. We stood there for about a good 5-7 minutes just trying to buy prepackage items and we didn’t even get a greeting or “I’ll be with you in a second”. I found that super rude and disrespectful considering they walked by us multiple times. We got tired of waiting and just walked out, no use of standing there looking dumb when there’s so many other places you can go nearby. Don’t waste your time here.

Great spot for coffee, where they welcome requests for coffee drinks beyond what is posted on their menu. Food and other drinks are served here too. Also looks like a great spot to hang out, and a bit less crowded then many Pearl St coffee shops
