I think it is a great experience, it makes you feel very special dining in. I mean, as you can imagine prices are crazy and add up fast, but still you don't need to order anything, and drinks are unlimited which I always appreciate. Theater was weirdly hot though, but it is summer.

I love coming here! The theater is always spotless — the seats, floors, even the bathrooms are super clean every time I visit. Plus, the food is surprisingly good! It’s not your typical “movie theater snacks” — everything tastes fresh and way better than I expected. Definitely my go-to spot for a movie night!

Remodeled theater, laser projections, heated and cooling reclining leather seats. Bar not always open. Stairs roped off. Heavy police presence out front and in lobby. Teens without adult present will be refused admission. Has Dolby theater in seat shaking sound.

Well, this experience was terrible from start to finish. First off, actually finding the theater in the mall was a challenge. After going up four escalators, we finally located it. The self-serve kiosk was confusing—you’re expected to order everything there for delivery to your seat, but then you have to go pick up half your order at the concession stand without any explanation that this is required. That was really “fun” to navigate. Also loved the woman who decided to sit directly next to me in an otherwise empty theater. I mean, there were rows of empty seats, and she chose the one right next to mine. While the theater can’t really control that, it’s a prime example of why watching a movie in the city is a completely different experience than doing it in the suburbs. Now, let’s talk about the main issue: the food. Forget the fact that only one soda machine was working or that there’s no way to request extra salt on your popcorn. Let’s focus on what was served. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad wrap—and I’m still trying to understand why the lettuce was full of sour white cores. The entire wrap was bitter and unappetizing because it was packed with the worst parts of the romaine: those tough, pale-white stalks that have no flavor except bitterness. There may have been half a chopped chicken breast thrown in, but that’s being generous. The only decent part of the meal was the fries. And of course, my food didn’t even arrive with everyone else’s. I had to wait until halfway through the movie, then go out and ask where it was. As I was walking back, the server rushed to bring it to me—while I was still halfway down the hallway. Did she think I could teleport from the front desk to my seat in two seconds? So naturally, I had to go back out again to grab it. All of that… for one of the worst wraps I’ve ever had. NEVER AGAIN.

Not a bad theater, but I literally went here because it's a dine-in AMC, and even though they not only let me order food with my ticket for a 10:30pm showing, and schedule the food to come to me at 11pm (as well as offering several time slots AFTER that), the kitchen was closed??? And the concession was closed too so you just can't get anything to take into the movie with you. No warning, not cool.
