One of the employees, named V was so helpful. They lifted the recliner seats forward and found the debit card. Without V's help, we would have had tears for the rest of the afternoon. I had an incredibly racist experience. When we went to the ticket stand there were two women in the front area. I assumed one of them was a customer. My family and I had an inquiry regarding tickets. We walked up and the employee Mercedes told her our question she looked down at us and smirked and answered. It was quite rude, the conversation continued and she called us multiple racist insults and refused service. Then we find out Mercedes is the “manager” and the other girl was an emoloyee. They were talking that entire time never addressed us then she said she was refusing service after she was the racist and aggressive individual. Then her and the other employee (who many would refer to as a person that sells there community out) claimed she was the only manager and wouldn’t give the managers name. A different employee who didn’t see the racist exchange was able to provide this information. I’m so distraught from Mercedes racism it was horrible.
