I had an order that wasn't right, my new felt didn't match color, thickness, or feel of the previous order of the exact same material. I tried to get it resolved, and customer service was able to find the same material I previously purchased (why they got the second star) but customer service couldn't discount the material enough to cover shipping cost or give me free shipping for the issues. It was less than $20 in material, if customer service cant give free shipping for a very small order how can I expect them to take care of me with a big order? (bigger orders were a possibility) for this reason I am no longer a customer.
