In early June of 2025 I took my 951 2 stroke seadoo into AZ Jet Ski for a few small repairs. Upon realizing this shop was under new ownership I figured I’d give them a chance to earn my business as I have known Jim for years. When discussing the repairs needed for my seadoo, Blake offered me a routine Jet pump tune and service for roughly $300. I figured why not can’t hurt. After I picked up the ski from AZ Jet Ski I took the ski out on the water and noticed serious malfunctions almost immediately. My reverse gate or reverse bucket was engaging on its own even though the ski was set in Drive. I have owned this ski for 9 years and I have never run into such issue. This caused me to wreck and do significant damage to my ski and myself. I made Blake aware of the situation and he did not want to take accountability for the problem or offer any solutions to me besides bringing the ski into his shop for further charges. He claimed that there isn’t anything that they would have done that could have effected the reverse gate functionality. So I took it upon myself to do some research and it turns out that it is essential to remove the reverse gate when removing the jet pump as they are connected to each other. Common sense would tell you that these guys at AZ Jet ski did not reinstall my reverse gate properly and caused injury and further damages to my jet ski that I am now left to deal with after paying them roughly $1200 to have my ski running smooth. UPDATE Arizona Jet Ski reached out to me and offered to replace my steering assembly free of charge and they also insured my reverse gate was installed properly and functioning properly. They also fixed a few other small things that were damaged. Arizona Jet ski did the right thing and kept my business.

I knew my batteries were down on my jet skis since I hadn't ridden them for a year. I called these guys up this morning and they got me in right away. I just couldn't get to the batteries very effectively to charge them. So I dropped them off and gave them the things I needed done. One battery I thought was fully charged I didn't have worked on since I was able to to that one. So they determined that the other one's battery was not taking a charge. They offered to replace it which I kept in mind. They were quick to call me and give all details and cost. I thought my warranty was still good, and it was. So I paid a very reasonable price for what they did. And when I picked them up the guy offered to check the voltage on the other one and that was dead and not holding a charge either. Saved me a lot of time cause I was going to take that one out. But if I need work done again, I'll definitely be going to this place. Thank you so much for your expertise and hard work. Be Blessed!
