The bachelorette was cancelled, and I reached out to see if they would consider a refund because there was still lots of time before the rental date. They said yes, they would refund me. I was super appreciative and said I’d still leave a great review for customer service. They’ve ghosted me since in my follow ups, and I now have to file against them to get my deposit back. Just super lame and disappointing it turned out this way.
