I didn’t catch the name of the woman who did my pedicure, sugar scrub and foot massage, but she was just as attentive and caring. Both of them made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. I really enjoyed the service and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend! The cost of the service of standard market price and because I appreciate the excellent service, I tipped 30%. Absolutely wonderful experience! Moved to Seattle recently and I was looking for my new regular salon! I got a gel manicure done by Tia today, and she was incredibly professional and skilled, did excellent work in a timely fashion, and gave all her attention to my manicure. She asked me what nail shape I wanted, and even checked to make sure I liked it! I would recommend anyone get their nails done here, excellent service and quality work! I had a really disappointing experience for manicure and pedicure at this salon and won’t be returning. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was unwelcoming, which set the tone for the rest of my visit. During my pedicure, the water wasn’t warm enough, and the technician seemed to be rushing through the process, even though the salon wasn’t busy. My manicure was even worse—the technician pulled on my cuticles so aggressively that one started bleeding and didn’t stop for the entire service (30-45 minutes). She acknowledged it with a quick “sorry” but made no effort to address the issue, or offer any kind of solution or compensation. On top of that, my hands and feet felt unusually dry after the service. One week later, my nail polish is chipped, my nails are brittle, and my feet are cracked and dry—meaning I now have to get another mani-pedi elsewhere. For the $70 I spent, I expected much better quality and care. I’ve had plenty of pleasant and long-lasting manicures before without any issues, but this was by far my worst experience. Definitely not worth the high prices.

I came in with a reference photo requesting neutral light pink nails anticipating an upcoming proposal however, I was given nails that looked nothing like that and when I asked for and were nude and iridescent. When I mentioned to the front employees that my nails did not at all match the photo I showed them and asked for they immediately started gaslighting me and saying that the reference photo was probably dip and I’d asked for gel … there’s no reason I couldn’t have been given similar gel to what was in the photo, or they could have told me when I gave the reference photo that they weren’t able to give what was asked. Neither happened and I was left with hideous nails and hostile responses. I had no issue paying but was turned off by the response from the employees and lack of care that they’d given me nothing close to what I asked for a week before my engagement …. Ive been a customer for 5 yrs with no complaints but will likely not be back.
