They are MILITARY FRIENDLY! Located On the left of 19th street before the light. Fenced in area with purple connex box. Myself, 2 friends and my 4 year old daughter went here. We were nervous at first especially after realizing there would be no harnesses. This is BOULDERING! The place was clean, everything was nice and neat, the receptionist was nice, relaxed, and laid back. The vibes for this place was very chill. Me, my friends and daughter were free to walk around climb freely.

This place is small and a little hard to find but the vibes are awesome and the owner is friendly. Setting is really good and a bit stiffer than you might find at the big box commercial gyms, which I liked a lot even if it’s a bit humbling! I went in the middle of the day on a weekday so I basically had the whole place to myself. Great place to chill and climb and the next door coffee shop was pretty awesome too. Would love to come back next time I’m in San Diego

Beautiful gym with awesome music, vibes, and a unique experience. We've been to so many climbing gyms and this one is unique, outdoors, and stunning. It's small but there's more than enough to work on for several hours and to keep coming back and the setting is fun and well done. The owner and community is incredibly nice. We went on a Monday night, it wasn't busy, and street parking was easy. They had fun loud music. I'm so glad we came and we really recommend it!

This place is pretty small and a bit hard to find, though it has a chill atmosphere. I took off one star because it had far fewer down climb holds than most other gyms I've been to, and thus didn't feel quite as safe getting down after finishing a route. One caution if you are visiting San Diego and staying near the Convention Center area is that the neighborhood surrounding this place does not feel safe at all so I would recommend Uber to get there. Don't walk. The place itself is nice once you are in there though and the neighborhood isn't their fault.
