Definitely fails to impress. Checked in as a titanium and not even upgraded to a room on a higher floor. M club is a joke, breakfast doesn’t even have oatmeal. Dessert was whipped cream and strawberries? Location is right next to the highway so a ton of noise. I would definitely pick the Marriott in town. Coworkers stayed there and said the rooms and amenities are much better. Pretty sad little hotel. Would definitely look elsewhere. As you can see in the pictures desert service this has to be the cheapest M Club.

I did enjoy my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable also. The bathroom door was broken, everytime when I had to close it, there was this gap in between where you could see in the bathroom. You also have to pay for parking, that wasn’t really a big deal to me but I feel like I should let others know. The hotel is nearby a highway, however, during my stay I don’t have any complaints on it being nosey whatsoever.

Visited for work for a couple of days and had a last minute schedule change and had to shuffle our check-in and check-out a bit very quickly. Both times Luse at the front desk helped us out tremendously and was friendly, would highly recommend going to him in the future. Only downside is that when the people in the lobby get loud it is audible inside the rooms. So if there is a big party staying here and you need sleep, bring ear plugs or a fan or something.

My wife, who attended a conference here has this to say "The staff here are all very pleasant. Especially the gentleman who helped with the conference both days, the young lady who checked me in, the other young lady who let me have a 1 pm checkout and especially the man (his name is two initials) who fixed my tv . (my tv going out was annoying). I liked the bed being so low but I could see how it would be uncomfortable for a taller person. Also, the bathroom door is a very heavy pocket door. I don't see why when they renovated the hotel they didn't install traditional doors. When I tried to exit it came off the track but luckily I could force it back on. I loved the showers (glad there wasn't a bathtub) and the handheld shower attachment was convenient. The food for the conference was delicious, and the vegetable spring rolls were better than most restaurant's. I would have loved to have ordered room service but you had to scan the code to get a menu which I don't like to do. Instead I ordered Door Dash. Yes, you have to pick it up on a table next to the front desk but it's better than having non guests walking all over the hotel. Of course it was annoying having to pay $15.00 per day to exit the parking lot but I did get my room for free using Marriott points. Still, other hotel brands give you free parking if you use your points. In conclusion, I look forward to staying here again next year!!".
