Atlanta Memorial Park is amazing- it’s huge so be prepared and wear comfi shoes! You’ll see people riding bikes, jogging, walking their dog etc. There’s lot of green space to ground or lay a blanket on the grass to share lunch with a friend. Be mindful of events because finding parking may be an issue. Overall I’ll give the park 5 stars because it has meditation appeal.

For years the Bobby Jones golf course was just a average maintain intercity public golf course. Now it is a fancy club with lots of amenities for golfing and recreation. They have dedicated memorials to Bobby Jones and it's a different place for hosting events if you're not a member and there to play golf. Incredible views of the skyline. Parking is limited but it comes and goes since there's so many people there for recreation
