Months ago I called to try and cancel my tanning subscription. I was facing terrible economic hardships. I was told I had to come in-person to cancel. I accepted that I was going to have to pay for longer because, due to my disability, I don’t have a car. Today, after calling a different location, I figured out that I can cancel over the phone! The midtown location just loves to take your money! DON’T COME HERE!
