I choose the 24 hour bike rentals for my family each for $12.99 so we can enjoy our day, we only use the bike for less than 2 hours. Came to find out this bike rental company charge me again after 1 hour of bike usage, called customer service to verify and they’re telling me that I have to return the bike every 1 hour otherwise I will be charge... what’s the use of paying the 24 hrs when I have to return it every hour, “I apologize but it’s our system” that’s all they can tell me. Their system is horrible, it’s cheating and reaping money. Don’t use bike rentals when ever to go Austin.
