Had a great experience with a bike purchase here. Missy was super knowledgeable and took lots of time letting me put bikes on the trainer and helping me find the right fit for my frame. I was able to do the full bike fit and ride the bike out the door on the day of purchase. On top of that the shop is well-stocked with anything you could need. Would buy another bike there and would recommend Missy to anyone looking!

I had my Cerveló Áspero tuned up, safety checked, and tube sealant refilled before my upcoming gravel race. My bike has never been so smooth and fast. Great job was done by the mechanics! Also, the staff was knowledgeable, service-oriented, and was really clear about prices and details of service. This is a fantastic place for service and they have a really good selection of accessories. I didn’t even have a chance to look at the bikes, but they seemed to have a wide selection. Great place in Austin!

My 5 stars is for the level of service (I can’t speak to price). In 2023 I competed in my first 70.3 Ironman. I had never done a triathlon and had no cycling knowledge. I bought a used bike and Austin Tri-cycle helped me get completely fitted and my bike serviced. Heck they even taught me how to clip and unclipped from the bike. They’ve never once scoffed at my lack of knowledge, and instead educated me along the way. Cycling for someone who has no knowledge to be very intimidating, but not when you go here.

Excellent customer service at Austin Tri-Cyclist. Went in for a bike fit for my tribike and John attended me and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Bike fit was thorough and I mentioned to John my needs as a triathlete and what I wanted to accomplish. He went through every component with my bike and adjusted everything making my bike fit more comfortable. Definitely recommend Austin Tri-Cyclist to any triathletes in the Austin area. Not to mention Sadie was the best employee there (see picture)
