OMG! A huge thanks to everyone who helped me get from yes, I’ll take the fantastic love seat with ottoman for next to nothing to the two guys who loaded them into my truck. I am thrilled! What a blessing to have such kind and caring people at our Habitat Restore!

Quite the variety of products. Much higher percentage of new items then in other restores I've been too. Lots of flooring and doors, also appliances some new. Second hand clothing as well. Even camping and automotive items too. All and all a very nice store.

normally we love coming here, but the blond tall cashier on shift today left a horrible impression. she was unnecessarily rude and threw our receipt, then made a fit about picking it up. Just to hand over someone else’s receipt. desperately need customer service training

I came there today and was completely out of my depth. I was immediately helped by Rob, then by Kyle, then by Landis. I had so many questions and they were very patient with me. They gave me the information that I need to know so that I am not purchasing the wrong things for the many DIY projects swirling around in my head.

I verified on Habitat's Web page and called before going to drop off but once I arrived at the North Austin Restore they refused my donation because it's a "cultured marble" tub. I would have taken it to the dump with the tile we removed from the bathroom if they had only provided the information on their web page. 6 months later and they still haven't updated their web page to reflect that they don't take cultured marble tubs. If you post it on FB market place you can donate it but it takes a week or so. Unfortunately mine ended up in the trash because of the lack of information on the Restore web page.
