Kaitlin did an incredible job taking a huge kayak bat tour with the Austin rowing club. She was very sweet, professional, and knowledgeable, as well as vigilant about our safety and comfort. She is detail oriented and could not have done a better job! One of the neatest experiences of my life and I am a frequent traveler.

Absolutely amazing experience! And also they support a great cause! We apparently had one of the best flights thus far and I can only thank it to our wonderful instructor Jacob getting pooed on by a pigeon just before we started for good luck 😅. We had Jacob as our guide and I’m sorry if you go and get anyone else as he is by far the best…. I am biased as this was our guide but he was utterly fantastic, great personality, great information, bubbly and gives out stickers at the end folks….apparently they don’t all do this haha. He is the best guide and such a pleasure to be around. If you do end up kayaking to see the bats, Austin rowing club is the place to be. P.s ask for Jacob specifically he made our first time in Austin doing this that much more memorable
