This place is very good to live. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The best thing is the location; very close to MV downtown, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, parks and cafes! Management (Matt) and maintenance area (2 ladies) are friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy living here. The apartments a good size and the appliances are well maintained. The grounds are peaceful and beautiful with many trees and green spaces. I felt very safe as a young woman living alone. I especially love that I can walk to the CalTrain and so many restaurants and cafes very quickly. I have also had a great experience with Matthew, Matthias, Steven and Myrna. The team here is friendly, quick to respond and very helpful! Keep up the great work guys :)

All the staff here from grounds keepers to front office are topnotch. Always a pleasure to see them when I'm out taking my dog for a walk. My dog likes them as well and she is an excellent judge of character.
