Axxess started off strong with the help provided. But we were delayed in our start-up. We asked for some help with certain things and Axxess was so worried about their final dollar that they were not willing to help us out. Be very careful if you are a start up using Axxess. They will charge you every penny while you are preparing for the state and accreditation portions and if something comes up where you will be delayed in your accreditation they will continue to charge you. I would say look for an EMR software that will be willing to work with you at the beginning of paying for the software. I know now that there are some good ones out there who will work with you. We also have needed help when we were getting into the accreditation portion with some questions and not one person has been willing to help. They either do not reply or send generic emails with links. All I need is to schedule a time to speak to someone about some questions I have. They tell me the best way is to go to the community center which I have and my questions were not answered there. Then they say get a help ticket but when I do that it doesn't work either. I have had zero help and we are in the middle of the accreditation process. Sadly we are stuck with them until at least the accreditation process is over and then for several months past since their cancellation process makes sure of that. I have a non medical home care agency so I know there are good EMR softwares out there. The one I use with my non medical has been so helpful. They have someone I can call if I have a quick question and I'm usually not waiting on hold for very long and they are so helpful that I'm on and off in less than 5 minutes every time with my questions answered. If something doesn't change I will be switching EMRs immediately after we get through accreditation. My only help at this point has been Chatgpt.

cumbersome and 100% NOT intuitive. I feel like every time I use AXXESS Blue or the online version I am starting from scratch to figure out how to access a note. Cannot reply to messages... Axxess RED much better but the bar is extremely low.

Axxess on the web works well, the app does not. I'm a field clinician so the app is literally the most important part of the platform for me. They always have bugs and bug fixes take forever to come out. Today spent ~50 minutes on hold before a very unhelpful conversation with a help specialist for an issue with inability to collect a clock out on our PT visit EVVs. Specialist ended the call without a solution or even giving me a ticket #, so I'm just hoping and praying when I call back tomorrow I don't have to start over...
