The absolute worst service and least friendly staff of any liquor store I’ve been to in Boulder. I was surprised to see others saying the total opposite — maybe there’s something about me that rubs the employees the wrong way lol, which would be weird considering I’m super friendly and polite. I always feel like I’m inconveniencing them by my mere presence in the store. If this place wasn’t so close to me (practically across the street) I’d never come here. As it is, I rarely do — I usually drive an extra 10 minutes to go elsewhere, not for the selection but based on the service. What can I say — I like to feel that a shop actually wants my business. You can feel their utter disdain for their customers just from the signage at the register (multiple signs lecturing customers not to use their phones at the register, seriously?! Not to mention the weird pandemic-era partition they decided to keep up. Your customers aren’t the rude ones — you are!). The selection is fine, hence the 2 stars instead of 1.

This store has a ton of stuff in it and they invite companies to host tastings. Truly packed with whatever you need. The only thing I would recommend is keeping DoorDash up to date with their inventory. For example, right now the Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card has a benefit where holders can get $10 off (twice) for a DoorDash order. Well Bailey's is the only alcohol store that does pick up and that would be incredible if I could get High Noons or everything on DoorDash with my benefit and pick it up myself.

Regulars seem to always be happy, the only negative reviews I see here are those who want non-traditional services or are somehow upset at the owners who in my experience are quite nice and regularly keep up with current and local selections.
