Well...first the good part: They were polite. They delivered the suit on time. The cloth and stitching seemed good. Now the bad part: the suit didn't fit right. I paid $2600 for a tailored suit and it fit worse than ones I have bought for half that price off-the-rack. This is after a one-hour initial measuring session, and two rounds of adjustments after the suit was delivered. Similarly, the shirt I got with the suit had a collar that was so tight, I couldn't button it. Given that the whole point of getting tailored clothing is to have something that fits better than off-the-rack, I won't be coming back.
