It's a very nice building and the residents are very friendly here our biggest problem is the neighborhood we have some apartment buildings close to us where we have a problem young people firing guns after hours. That is why most of us stay indoors after Dark., the building itself is very secure and the staff is nice and treat us with respect. I've been here going on three years

Application process is very slow. Several changes in management in a matter of months. Most of the time there is no one at the front desk to greet or assist applicants or residents. People or person in the office are poorly trained. No one knows where the main headquarter is located for Baptist Gardens. The office staff is unfriendly. Most of the time no one is available to let applicants in the building. Staff always seems stressed at work. The place is understaffed.
