The Baseline: For an electronics store the selection of goods must be stocked, have quality on the level technology, good internal circulation, and a good check out payment procedure. Service: i had to hunt down a service specialist but I had a very friendly, polite interaction with staff. The security personnel was polite on the way in and way out. No complaints. Cashier upsold the protection plan on the item I bought for the office coffee pot which will get the wear and tear on it. Selection: Best Buy of 2025 is not the Best Buy of 2015 or 2005 as the stock and selection has changed with online purchasing power. I am an advocate for brick and mortar stores especially for electronics. I love to see the screens, colors, the physical design, see the operational features, etc. and Best Buy really assists in helping with that. Also i like to have the item the day I purchase. Value: I probably paid slightly higher but the value is in walking out with my purchase. It is still good value and Best Buy will price match. The store was clean and organized. Restrooms were clean in the morning I came in.

This location seems to be the only one on the Westside that sells car audio components and installation. Looking for speaker adapters that was shown to be at this location. i showed an employee what I needed, he looked up my make and model of car, and then returned with a kit. I asked him if this is the correct kit and does it come with a wiring harness. He said " yes it should and everything should be in there" .. well turns out the adpater wasnt for my car and came with no harness. I returned the part to the store a few hours later and ordered the correct part on Amazon. I wish the employees were more knowledgeable about the products they sell in their department, I felt like I wasted gas and time.

We came in here trying to look for a special rice cooker but they only had that online. We were strolling around the store for a bit and finally found something we wanted to but. Somehow they were out of the product and recommended us an equal product for less than the branded product which we appreciated. We somehow found the original product and showed it to a staff. When we wanted to checkout at the cashier, the price didn't match the price on the display. They didn't how why but they were very kind and matched the price to the price of the display. It just took quite some time but thank you for all the staff which tried to understand what was the reason and for their help.

What started out as a horrendous online experience was saved by the kind, considerate people at this store. I bought a refurbished Mac from Best Buy online for my wife in supposedly "excellent condition." I picked it up, brought it home, opened it and it had a dent in the top. I said to my wife we should return it but it took week to arrive and she said she was going to put in a case anyway. Long story short, the computer was totally faulty. It wouldn’t transfer her information from her previous Mac and we had to return to store. The Geek squad member, Jerry, was very kind and honest and said it didn’t even connect to the internet. Totally broken. It nearly cost my wife all of her data. So I order ANOTHER one. It takes ANOTHER week to arrive. THIS TIME, I open the box in the store, just in case... It was even worse. See the photos I took - covered in dents, chips, scratches. A terrible experience. So the in-store team, Alima, Danny and especially the manager, Tea gave me a great deal on an open box mac instead, which I bought (the blue one in the photos) They get 5 stars - Best Buy online gets 1. Thank you to these great people for turning my frown upside down.

Great little best buy. I ordered online for pickup. Free parking lot that offers plenty of parking. I went inside to look at my product before I picked it up. I wanted to ensure that I had picked the best option. I actually got a Best buy essential product. It was 50% less purchasing it online and picking it up. And it's wonderful. When I arrived there was a long line of people waiting to get in. I was told that was for Pokemon. I'm glad that they had a respectful group of people waiting patiently and there was no chaos in the store because of this. Picking up was really quick. My item was accurate and they had it ready quickly.
