Absolutely LOVE this salon and all the staff here. I’ve been coming on and off because I only really do my nails for special occasions, but I drive 30 mins just to get my nails done here. Thought this was going to be my new go-to spot until 1.) The nail tech strayed far, FARRRRR away (like, outer-freaking-space far) from the inspo picture *see below, and 2.) I checked out - absolute OBSCENE pricing! They charged 40% more than the average salon in both Philadelphia and New York for what was essentially a hack job. Yes, I should’ve stopped the tech when I saw he was going off-course, but I kept hoping he’d somehow, against all odds, turn it around. He didn’t. By the end, I was ready to bolt and never look back. Never again.

A friend recommended I get my nails done here while staying in town. I called and made an appointment for same day, although they do take walk-ins. I got the Emerald Pedicure and a gel builder manicure. Eva did my toes and Vincent did my nails. Both did a very nice job and were friendly. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Raleigh. Thanks for the reliable services!

I had a manicure with Destiny today. It could be the best manicure I have had in NC. She was careful and gave me the perfect manicure. I wear them short because I am in retail. Thank you Destiny so much for your care and concern to do a great job! I had another fantastic manicure with Destiny. She does a perfect and beautiful job. Now I have her adding flowers to give it a special touch. She is so sweee and easy to talk to while she is working. My favorite manicurist in Raleigh. I have had several! Destiny is the best manicurist I have had in the Raleigh area. Trust me and give her a chance!

So I’ve been here a handful of times before and I’ve always gotten pretty decent service and to note it is a very clean place. The remodel has made it look very nice. However, I went in for my birthday to get a set of dips on my nails and gel on my feet. I had virgin nails and hadn’t gotten Any pedicures or manicures in a year so my nails were very healthy. The nails looked very nice, but I got a little worried when the powder nails started popping off about 15 days into the set abs revealed a lot of nail damage but I blamed that on me as I am an athlete and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. The nails on my fingers were visibly damaged and yellowed (I had very white natural nail before. I went to Just slightly trim the top of my toenail as there was a little bit of growth and the whole gel piece as well as three layers of nail came off with it. My guess is that there was a change in product that is far more acidic or basic but for one simple manicure, my nails are ruined. I will not be going back. I hate giving these type of reviews but I think it should be reviewed before going in. I was in tears this morning as it will take months for my feet to recover. It was also over $200 service with tip (I got a fancier pedicure that was $75+gel)
