Where do I begin!! I walked in to purchase cleats. Not one single employee asked if I needed help. I had to approach staff to get the help I needed. Then, I needed shin guards and employee points to where I could find them. All top shelves. Again, I had to ask for help. Seems like customer service is dead now. The store was not busy either. Mess all around the store!

I’ve been going here for a bit. Usually it’s all been pretty standard. But the last time I went I had kind of an odd interaction with the manager of the store. I came in during a really slow hour. And I had a few inquiries about women’s shoes. I continued to ask if I could special order a shoe to which he did answer my questions but he was quite annoyed. I work in customer service myself so I get customers having the capacity to be annoying. But I don’t think that was the case. Giving homophobia energy. Good customer service would have just answered my question. No attitude. They were pretty standard inquiries. Not sure if I’ll be going back.
