It’s affordable and clean. They don’t pressure you to tip for self wash which doesn’t feel like a tipping situation to me so that’s a plus. Not to be mean but I don’t want to tip when I have to wash the dog myself because of budget concerns. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I’m a part of their $20 a year membership program. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years. I can honestly say they have some of the worst customer service of any pet store I’ve been to . Unfortunately, I live around the block, but I’m starting to use online more and more. As much as I’d like to support a small business and a local business, they also have to do their part to keep my loyalty. Don’t tolerate rudeness. Also they claim to have a fair return policy, but I returned two items today and I ended up losing money. see my receipt in the photos. beware of their return policy. You will end up losing money

I have been going to the Silverlake location for about 10 years. I get my two dogs groomed at Moonshine grooming. And, I buy toys, treats, dog tags, collars, leashes and other supplies at the Urban Pet. For the most part everyone has been very kind and helpful. That is why I have stayed with them over the years.
